What are people saying about working with the Healthy Runner team...

Owen Alexander

The most important this I learned was that all food has a place in my diet! It reshaped how I view food and how I, more importantly incorporate sugary snacks into my diet. Also, getting a better understanding of baseline percentages of macronutrient intake has been a game changer. I have more energy when I run, plus it’s fun trying things and seeing how my body responds. I feel more connected. Brooke really took the mass amounts of information around this topic and gave me a great place to start and I look forward to continuing to tweak my nutrition as my need and demands change

Katja Livingston

"The Healthy Runner Coaching Program was tailored to me included specific exercises to rehab my injury and I was so excited that I didn’t have to stop running! It took patience to only run slow for a few weeks but I trusted the process and it got me me to where I am now: running pain free. We made adjustments to the plan throughout whenever needed having someone in your corner that is always there with guidance and support throughout the process was invaluable.
I just ran my second half marathon, both with Duane’s coaching, and PR’d by over 9 minutes! I got all choked up in the last mile when I realized that I felt strong and could still kick it up a notch.
I’m so thankful for the Healthy Runner program, community and the entire coaching team for all the support especially Brooke with all her nutrition guidance!"

Tricia Trowbridge

"I was a member of the Healthy Runner Facebook group and started working with Dr. Scotti during the pandemic for his recurring hip and leg pain. Not only did he provide physical therapy guidance to relieve the pain but exercises to address the source of the pain. That was the key to finally running pain-free! To address and to strengthen the muscles needed for healthier running. And how could I pass up having Dr. Scotti as my first running coach?! The plan for increasing distance, workouts and coaching were incredible! I am back running half marathons, my pace is improving, and I am looking forward to many years of pain free running! I am very fortunate have Dr. Duane Scotti as my physical therapist and running coach."
